Common questions

Do you charge per product?
No. A plan covers how many competitor sources you watch and how often they are checked, not how many products each store has.
What counts as a source?
A competitor storefront, a collection, a single product URL or one individually tracked product. Your own store does not count.
What happens if a store blocks the crawler?
Tensorbasis reads the public catalog directly where it can, and falls back to a rendered request through a scraping provider when a site blocks plain requests. Rendered requests are metered by plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the billing page or the Stripe portal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and can re-open the same plan later.
Do I have to approve matches?
Yes. Automation proposes matches with evidence and a score; a match only affects price gaps once you approve it. That is what keeps the numbers trustworthy.
