Privacy Policy

Last updated October 13, 2026

This policy explains how Tensorbasis handles information when you use our competitor monitoring and pricing intelligence services.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, workspace name, and authentication details. We also process the store, collection, and product URLs you choose to monitor.

The service collects publicly available catalog information from monitored storefronts, including product names, descriptions, images, availability, variants, and prices. We may also collect service logs, device information, and diagnostic data needed to secure and operate the service.

Workspaces we prepare before you sign up

Sometimes we build a workspace for a business before it has an account, to show what Tensorbasis would monitor. We prepare it from the publicly available catalog information of that business's storefront and of competitor storefronts, and we create a free account for the contact's email address so they can open it through a personal link.

The link works for 7 days. If the workspace has not been claimed (a password set or a plan chosen) by then, we delete the catalog data and monitoring set up for it. We keep a short record of the contact's email address, our notes, which stores were compared, and whether the link was opened, so we do not contact the same person repeatedly. You can ask us to delete that record, or to stop contacting you, at any time at [email protected].

How we use information

We use information to provide monitoring, product matching, price analysis, alerts, account administration, customer support, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use one customer's confidential store information to coordinate pricing decisions for another customer.

Service providers

We use service providers for infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, security, and operational support. They may process information only to provide services to Tensorbasis and are subject to appropriate contractual obligations.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. You can manage monitoring and notification preferences within your workspace.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
